Is it just me....

Or is DeviantArt having some serious problems lately? I've been trying to load an image for the past 30 minutes and it keeps sending me back to Step 3, even though I've went through this now 3 times. And of course, when I click submit again, it send s me back to step 2 saying that I already have a submission named this. So fricking annoying....
